Day 3|S + beV/V + so + adj./adv. + that + S + V ...
S + beV/V + so + adj./adv. + that + S + V ...

The debate between tradition and animal rights has become so intense that it has even divided people across the country.
The cat was so thin that you could see its bones through its skin.
The mouse ran so quickly that the cat couldn't catch it.
Will lied about being sick so that he wouldn't have to go to work.(威爾謊稱他生病了,這樣他就能不去上班。)
+ that(如此…以致…)/such + a + adj. + N + that(接名詞片語)/so that + S + can/will V(為了)。

❸ Which picture best shows a matador?
In some regions, governments have prohibited the practice to protect the animals. (A) 錯:bulls are color-blind,牠們是因為布在動才衝;(B) 錯:It is a heavy, tight suit;(C)
(The bullfighters in this new style are called matadors.),故選徒步揮舞紅布的那張圖;騎馬持矛的是早期貴族,不是 matador。
